DescriptionEPIC Resolute Billing Application Coordinator Location: St Louis 3 month (may be extended)
Provides an in-depth knowledge of the EPIC software and serves as a bridge between end users and the Epic implementation/operational support staff. Actively engages in analysis, performance monitoring and reporting, training and system optimization to ensure the highest level of standardization, consistency and efficiency across the System. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles and service standards.
Must have 2+ years of Epic Resolute experience in Hospital Billing and hold certification in Epic Hospital Billing
On an as needed basis, he/she will perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic software. They are responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with Epic applications.

An effective Application Coordinator will exhibit the following skill sets:
Basic project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, manage a project plan).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Detail oriented and knack for probing for information in order to fully understand the underlying needs that drive how the system should be built.
