DescriptionDiverse organization has an opportunity for a Senior Application Developer to be part of the Grain and Ethanol Division. The company is diverse in their business mix: grain, ethanol, retail, rail, plant nutrient and turf specialty. You will work in a team of 9 to support the systems within the Grain & Ethanol business. Your position will be project based and focused on data integration and data warehousing. There will be minimal travel requirements.

Candidates are required to have strong development skills, excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate technical data to end users efficiently. Candidates should have the ability to work on multiple projects with deadline requirements. Individuals should be fast paced, have excellent problem solving skills, be able to work independently and pick up new tasks quickly.

Requirements for the Senior Application Developer:
1. A Bachelors degree in a technical field
2. A minimum of three years of work experience in a similar role
3. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005 (Database, TSQL, and DTS / SSIS)
4. Experience integrating data across multiple systems
5. MUST HAVE experience using Informatica Power Center
6. Knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts and methodologies

Skills that are preferred, BUT NOT required:
- Experience working with reporting tools such as Actuate e.Reports and Actuate e.Spreadsheets
