As a result of their growth we are now seeking a candidate with professional services implementation experience for this exciting position:
Position title: Professional Services Consultant
Location: Boston, MA area
Position description:
The qualified candidate for this role will have successful professional services experience and will act as the person who will manage worldwide implementations for customers. The position includes working with customers on a variety of tasks such as implementations, customizations and supporting installations both remotely and at customers sites. Prior consulting experience with network and security (including policy assessment) and design is desirable.
Required skills:
3+ years of professional services implementation experience
Knowledge of and hands on experience with SQL and a database platform such as Oracle, Informix, SQL Server, UDB/DB2 or Sybase is desirable.
Knowledge of and experience with UNIX shell environments. UNIX scripting and Perl programming desirable
Experience with production deployments
Security experience is desirable
Project management experience is desirable
BS in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems
30-50% travel, in US and internationally
