Job Description The CRM Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for management of complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects. This resource will lead junior consultants and client staff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutions.
Essential Functions Gathering and understanding business requirements Designing technical solutions Developing technical solutions Configuring CRM COTS applications Business Process Design/Redesign Provide functional application expertise and team/project management
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree Must be authorized to work for any US employer Willingness to travel 4-6 years of experience Professional consulting background CRM development configuration and customization, EAI, scripting languages, or workflow experience Experience with Salesforce.com, Siebel or other CRM COTS tools Leadership of a team in the successful delivery of technical solutions Call center experience a plus Excellent communication and client-facing skills Outstanding analysis skills Ability to facilitate in classroom training for new users Ability to develop use cases
