The Programmer Analyst will be have end-to-end responsibilities to include the analysis, development, integration, testing and administration of the organization’s enterprise applications.   
 
Position Scope:
  • Design new functionality for enterprise applications.
  • Assist in the development of functionality that optimizes, extends and/or integrates the organization’s enterprise applications, data, and reports.
  • Implement configuration changes and work with internal resources, vendors and partners as required.
  • Ensure enhancements, changes and systems configurations are properly documented.
  • Provide end user support, system maintenance/security and incident resolutions to ensure stable and resilient business operations of applications.
  • Support the mapping of user stories into a technical implementation sequencing approach (by leveraging knowledge of system capabilities, business subject matter and technical expertise).
  • Support testing, UAT and training efforts related to enterprise applications.
 
Professional Experience:
  • 5+ years of analysis, development and support of Enterprise ERP and CRM Applications
  • 3+ years of analysis, development and support of MS SQL Server, SSIS or similar ETL toolsets with focus on data and application integration
  • 2+ years of experience with shell scripting and .NET/C# programming
  • 1+ years working with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
 
Education: 
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
