Strategy and Performance Analyst - Physician Practice Performance ImprovementPosition Overview:
Responsible for the extraction, analysis, and interpretation of data necessary for service line strategic decision making. The position will work closely with service line leaders to support KPI development and monitoring, perform statistical analysis on data elements to gain insight, perform gap analysis to determine opportunities for improvement, and coordinate and facilitate performance improvement projects within the service line.
Requirements: Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ healthcare experience. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum Required:
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP
- Certification for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
