Neptune is looking for a CRM System Analyst who can bring a breadth of skill and knowledge around Customer Experience, Support, and Sales Operations to support a fast growing and changing Customer Experience initiative. The individual in this role acts as key liaison between IT and Business Stakeholders and will be the functional lead for a multi-phased CRM implementation.

The primary role of the CRM System Analyst is to ensure that Neptune’s business processes and CRM system (MS Dynamics) continue to meet business process owner and stakeholder needs.
The CRM System Analyst will play a key role in architecting and evolving the CRM platform and will need to understand how the CRM platform functions in Neptune’s application ecosystem.  A successful candidate will bring work experience of implementing, administering, configuring, and managing the CRM platform to meet business needs and ensure the 24x7 support capabilities are optimized and always available.
 
Neptune is undertaking a multi-phased CRM project. During implementation phases, if CRM System Analyst is located in Duluth, he/she is expected to travel to Tallassee, Alabama (and on occasion, Neptune Canada in Mississauga, ON) up to approximately 50% of the time)
 
Objectives:
 
Design and Architecture 
Project and Change Management
  • Works with Project Manager to define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and activities
  • Supports and monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and updating project status using visual project management tools
 
Drive Quality
Support testing efforts, working closely with both development and business process owners to create test cases/scenarios and design adequate testing methodologies

  • Experience working on projects and lean processes
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including presentations
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs
 
  • Duluth, Georgia or Tallassee, Alabama.
Travel Required.
